CELEBRATE WITH CHARACTER

Are you planning a birthday party, a wedding or a reception for up to 60 people? Then you are in the right place at Altes Stadthaus with its 200-year history. In the heart of Westerstede, by the old market square across from the little Church of St. Petri, it really is a great location to celebrate in comfort.

 

Offer yourself and your guests a wonderful ambience in the former Koch’schen schnapps distillery and enjoy our regional German cuisine, as well as our friendly and personal service. In keeping with the atmosphere of the hotel, we also offer homemade specialities, such as our wholesome Stadthaus Bräu beer, our pleasing Stadthaus wines or our fresh house wine.

 

Depending on the number of people or the occasion, you can choose which beautiful room you wish to celebrate in:

 

  • Up to 60 people in our Johann Koch room
  • Up to 25 persons in our Restaurant zur Alten Buche (The Old Beech Restaurant)
  • Up to 20 people in our Kaminstube (Fireside Lounge) or in our Weinstube (Wine Lounge)

 

During warm weather, there is also room for up to 60 people in our garden.

ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE FOR CONFERENCES

At Altes Stadthaus, you can hold your conference in the heart of Westerstede in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere with a feel-good guarantee. We guarantee a stylish ambience, good regional and German cuisine, cosy, comfortable rooms and friendly service for your successful conference.

 

Our modern conference area is located on the ground floor and is linked directly to a free public car park. While you work, you will have a beautiful view of our garden with the old copper beech in the middle.

The conference area consists of

 

  • one large room (70 m2) for up to 50 people
  • one small room (25 m2) for up to 15 people
  • a small foyer (17 m2)

 

In warm weather, you can also use our garden terrace.

 

The conference rooms can be joined together or separated by a sliding glass door (e.g. for meetings and workshops.). A fixed projection screen and modern technical facilities ensure that you can give presentations in comfort. The foyer is perfect for your reception and breaks.
